Led by Gordon Meyers, Diaspora Vibe Afro Beat All Stars celebrates the global influence of African diaspora music—bridging vintage Afrobeat, soul, and modern jazz. Then join pianist and composer Edgar Pantoja with guest artists for Latin jazz and world music that bridges traditional Cuban genres—rumba, son, and timba—with global rhythms including jazz, funk, samba, and Moroccan Gnawa.Produced in partnership between The Betsy Writers Room and FIU’s Public Humanities Lab, with support from Pérez CreARTE.
