Assel Jean-Pierre Jr. is a Haitian-American pianist and recording artist whose work bridges classical mastery, jazz improvisation, and the rhythmic depth of Caribbean and Latin traditions. Born in New York and based in Orlando, he has developed a distinctive voice at the piano—one that is both technically commanding and emotionally resonant. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Classical Piano and a Master’s degree in Jazz and Composition from the University of Central Florida.
