Leah Eskin is a food writer and novelist. Author of Like Wafers in Honey and memoir Slices of Life: A Food Writer Cooks Through Many a Conundrum. Her award-winning column "Home on the Range" ran in the Chicago Tribune for nearly 20 years and was twice nominated for the Pulitzer Prize. She writes the dessert column for Midwest Living and owns Crumble Handmade Pastry. Leah holds degrees from Brown University and the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. She lives in Chicago with her husband and their chocolate Lab.
